Terms of Service

By using MonGPT you agree to these terms. MonGPT is operated by MonstarX (“we”).

The service

MonGPT lets you build AI chat and voice agents trained on content you provide, embedded on websites you control. Plans, quotas, and features are described on the pricing page and metered per your plan.

Your responsibilities

• Only train bots on content you have the right to use.
• Don't use the service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes, or to generate spam.
• You are responsible for what your bot is configured to say (instructions, personas, custom responses) and for informing your visitors that they are talking to an AI where required by law.
• Keep your account credentials secure.

AI disclaimer

AI answers can be wrong. MonGPT grounds answers in your content and cites sources, but you should not rely on it for legal, medical, or financial advice, and you remain responsible for reviewing how it represents your business.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed via Stripe, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled. Quotas reset each billing month and unused quota does not roll over. See the refund policy.

Termination

You can cancel anytime from the billing page. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
