Refund Policy

Try before you pay

Every account starts with a 7-day free trial of the Growth plan — no credit card required. We'd rather you test everything before paying a rupee (or dollar).

Monthly plans

If MonGPT isn't working out, email us within 14 daysof your first charge and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. Renewal charges are not refundable, but you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Annual plans

Full refund within 14 daysof the first annual charge. After that, we'll pro-rate the unused months as account credit on request.

How to request

Email support@mongpt.co from your account email with the subject “Refund”. Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
